Studio Production - Choosing a Role

As expected and desired, I didn't get picked as the producer of the show, but instead it was Helen Welsh, who I have worked with a couple times on Tekkers TV. After all that, we had to give 3 options for the role we would like to be on the show. In the end and after an interview, teacher Helen and Simon would be the ones who decide the team for the production. During the brief for the unit we were given the possibilities of roles that we could choose from. Here is a list of them:

For this opportunity I decided to go in order: Director, Vision Mixer and Floor Manager. Director was the thing I really wanted to do as I have done it before in the USA for about a year in a youth news channel, which as a matter of fact helped me a lot. Gladly in the end I got chosen as one if the directors of the show alongside with Andy Cox, where he would do the first part of the show and I would direct the second half of it.
